Cancellations and Returns

What if the item I received is damaged?

Any products that arrive in damaged condition can be returned for an immediate replacement or for a full refund.  Please contact us as soon as possible (target 3 days) so that we can make things right.

What is your return policy?

We will gladly accept returns within 90 days of the delivery date for items that are in re-sellable condition.  This means that the items have not been opened and worn/used and the price tags are still attached.

Please note that all Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned to Gone to Green.

For all returns and exchanges, please email sales@gonetogreenmarket.com to notify us of the return.  You will then receive instructions for shipping the item(s).

All returns will be credited to the original form of payment. Your credit card account will be credited upon processing of the returned item(s), and the credit should appear on your next statement. You will receive an email notification upon the completion of return processing.

Can I cancel an order?

Once you click that “order” button the gears are set in motion to get your package out our door and to yours as quickly as possible. This means that unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders. What is Gone to Green’s Product and Ingredient Policy?
We have sourced products that we believe are earth-friendly and safe enough for your personal use.  Our suppliers have self-certified that they do not test their products on animals and that their ingredients are fully listed for your review.

We will not list any items for sale unless they meet at least two of the following product criteria:

  • Made in USA
  • Organic material
  • Sustainable material
  • Biodegradable
  • Recyclable
  • Low impact dyes
  • Cruelty free
  • Fair trade

Additionally, all products must not contain the following ingredients:

  • BHA/BHT
  • BPA
  • Coal Tar
  • Ethanolamine Compounds
  • Formaldehyde releasing agents
  • Glycol Ethers
  • Nonylphenols
  • Petrolatum
  • Phthalates
  • Resorcinol
  • Synthetic Fragrances
  • Talc

Gift Cards

How can I buy a Gift Card?

Gift cards may easily be purchased at Gone to Green.  Simply click here to begin the process.

How do I pay with a Gift Card?

After selecting the items you want to purchase and adding them to the Shopping Cart, simply choose the “Pay by Gift Card” option during the checkout process.

When asked to do so, enter your 16 digit voucher number and the corresponding 6-digit PIN. If the total amount of your purchase is higher than the amount on your Gift Card, you will be asked to select an additional payment method.

Do Gift Cards expire?

No. Gift Cards may be used for an indefinite period of time. Also, we will not charge fees for cards that have not been used for long periods of time (known as inactivity fees).

Shipping

What if an item I order is not in stock?

Having close communication with our suppliers is very important to ensure that we know the status of all of our listed items. Sometimes, due to the popularity of a product, or for other reasons, the manufacturer may run out their own stock.

If this happens after an item has been ordered, we will contact you within one working day to let you know and to give you options (for instance, swap for another similar product). We are committed to providing you with the best customer service possible and want to make things right with each and every order.

How long will it take for my purchases to arrive?

All orders will be processed as soon as possible and should arrive within 5 – 7 business days.

Do you deliver internationally?

Gone to Green does not yet deliver to international addresses.  However, we plan to expand our offerings to Canada in the near future.

Where are my items shipped from?

Gone to Green works with many trusted brands to provide you with the best quality customer experience. The items you purchase may be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer to ensure the quickest possible delivery time.

Please note that if you have ordered multiple items, they may not all arrive in the same package or at the same time.

What is the cost of shipping?

Gone to Green provides a flat rate shipping charge of only $5.00 for each order. This ensures that you will not have any nasty surprises during the checkout process.
